On August 6, 2010, UNFPA CGBV/Armenia organized a seminar on Gender Statistics for Representatives of the RA National Statistical Service (NSS).

On July 8, 2010 Save the Children, UNDPI and UNFPA “Combating Gender-Based Violence in the South Caucasus” (CGBV) project jointly organized awareness raising meeting on gender equality and GBV issues for children from refugee Iraqi families involved in the “Kid for Kid” educational initiative of “Cultural Adaptation Through Education 2” programme implemented by Save the Children. The event was held at the UN Conference Hall of UN Country Office, Armenia.

On 07/07/2010, The Institute for War and Peace Reporting Armenia Branch and UNFPA CGBV project conducted a joint round-table discussion on the topic of “Defense of Women’s Rights for the Sake of a United Family” that took place at Aarhus Information office in Dilijan Armenia.
